I had numerous properties with one of the big 4. I thought being a master builders member Id try Chocolate money. Best decision I made. The broker went above and beyond. He came to site to discuss my loans, helped me with all the paperwork. Had investment rates of 3.34 went to 2.69, his advice was spot on and he did all the hard work. My saving is $8500 a year, its better in my pocket then the banks. I recommend anyone with a big 4 loan to call Chocolate money, swap over to one of the other lenders and use the extra savings for a holiday. The follow up and all the change over was made easy by chocolate money and joseph the broker. Don't wait, call now .
